Shipping policy
HOLIDAYS
To make sure your orders arrive on time for the holidays, please note our shipping suggestions:
- We do not recommend USPS for time-sensitive orders as they are on a 4-5 day service.
- Please be aware that all Ground shipments may experience delays during the holiday season. Carriers are prioritizing Air Shipping to manage high demand, which could impact the delivery times of ground service.
- If you need a product in a hurry for gifting or any type of event, there are other shipping options to choose from for quicker delivery.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Live carrier calculations are based on business days ONLY.
- Bulk orders will require shipping fees charged to the customer.
- All orders ship out from our warehouse in Ohio.
- We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
- We understand that things may occasionally get lost, damaged, or stolen. If this happens, please know that we are committed to making it right and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Please note, if the carrier does not provide proof of delivery, we will be responsible for sending a replacement. However, if proof of delivery is provided by the carrier, it will be the customers responsibility to contact the carrier directly and initiate a dispute.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
- You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase, and once your item has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
- Tracking information is always sent, so please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have ended up there.
PROCESSING TIMES
- There will be a 24-hour processing time from when the order is placed. The shipping time will depend on what type of shipping you choose at checkout.
- Paid Shipping received by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped on the same business day.
- Any orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped out the next business day.

CANCELLATIONS
- We can't change or cancel an order once it has shipped. If it has not shipped and you contact us in a timely manner, we can try to resolve the issues, but no guarantee.
SHIPMENT DAMAGE AND INVALID SHIPMENT
- We are NOT responsible for shipping cost if the customer does not input the correct shipping address/apt, number, etc, and it gets returned to us. You will be required then to pay the surcharges that we receive from the shipping company as well as the shipping cost to get it back to you. (Please make sure you put your Apt number, etc.)
- Should any shipping damage occur please contact us within 24 hours of arrival through our contact page.
- If you would receive the wrong item please contact us within 24 hours of arrival so that we can get the correct item shipped to you.
DELAYS
- Please note that delays can occur, and once your item has left our facility, any further delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
